This privacy policy explains how BarisByteGames ("we", "our") collects, uses, and shares user data across the mobile games and applications we publish (collectively, the "Applications"). This policy applies to all Applications published by BarisByteGames unless a specific Application lists its own separate privacy policy. If an Application has its own policy, that policy will apply to that Application in addition to this corporate policy.
This policy covers data collection and usage for all Applications published by BarisByteGames, including but not limited to: app usage, game progress, analytics, advertising, local file access, and in-app purchases. We may update the list of Applications from time to time; for a current list of published titles visit our store page or contact us.
A. In-App Data: App settings, user preferences, game progress, scores, and saved states.
B. Technical Data: Device model, operating system, unique device identifiers (e.g., advertising ID), IP address, and mobile network information.
C. Analytics Data: Application usage statistics (session duration, interacted features, crash reports) — stored in an anonymized or aggregated form where possible.
D. Advertising & Advertising Identifiers: When ads are served, advertising identifiers may be used to deliver relevant ads and measure performance.
E. Local File Access: For specific features (such as adding custom ambient sounds), our Applications may request permission to access local files on your device. These files are processed locally and are never uploaded to our servers.
F. Payment Data: For in-app purchases, payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Google Play / App Store). We do not store users' full payment details.
Data is collected via the Applications themselves, in-app forms, automatic telemetry, and third-party SDKs (e.g., analytics, advertising). Third-party services we commonly use include, but are not limited to: Google Analytics for Firebase, AdMob, Unity Ads, and platform payment processors.

Our Applications are not intentionally directed at children under the age of 13. We implement industry-standard technical and administrative measures to protect personal data. However, no internet-connected system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may transfer and process data outside the user's country of residence. By using our Applications you agree to such transfers where permitted by law.
